but we only sell leads on an exclusive basis.
So that means a much higher loan close rate.
BULK
PRICING
Our program is
simple. You just order a set block of mortgage leads. It can be 100, 250, 500,
1000. The more your purchase, the
larger the discount we can provide. You must pre-pay for your order and allow 3-5 business days
for payment processing.
** For
new clients, 50 leads (at $30 per exclusive lead) is our minimum order
to start.

FILTERING
CRITERIA
Because of the
large number of leads we generate on a daily basis, we normally filter
leads based only upon your chosen states.
If additional filtering is needed (i.e. refinance only, credit
status, loan amounts, etc) the per lead pricing will be slightly
higher for extra filtering.
Extra filtering
costs between $1-$7 per lead. The
pricing for extra-filtering varies depending upon the number of bulk
leads purchased. Please
